- Owner of a US-based business currently selling a physical product via e-commerce
- Owner of a business that has been operational for at least three years
- Owner of a business with annual revenue between $300,000 and $1,000,000
- Have a business bank account
- Be preparing for or in the early stages of scaling your business in at least one of the following ways: opening a storefront location or establishing wholesale operations
